Self Frosting Chocolate Zucchini Cake

This is a heavenly way to eat all that zucchini from the garden
Cake:
1/2 C margarine
1/2 C oil
2 1/2 C flour
1 tsp. baking power
4 to 6 tbs.. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
2 C grated zucchini
2 eggs
1 C sugar
3/4 C brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 C sour milk or buttermilk

Topping:
3/4 C chocolate chips
3/4 C brown sugar
3/4 C chopped nuts (walnut)

Mix oil, margarine and sugars.
Add eggs mix.
Sift in dry ingredients, including the cocoa.
Add, milk (sour or buttermilk)
Add, vanilla
Mix well
Stir in zucchini
Pour into greased 9" X 13" pan

Mix the topping ingredients
Crumble topping on to top of the cake

Bake @ 350 degrees F 40-45 minutes

Serve with a cold glass of milk YUMMY
